摘    要:目的:对中草药八仙花叶的化学成分进行研究.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H,13C-NMR,MS等波谱方法鉴定结构.结果:分离鉴定了11个化合物,包括三萜类3个,分别为泽屋萜(1),白桦脂醇(2),白桦脂酸(3);含氮类化合物6个,分别为2-乙基-3-甲基-马来酰亚胺-N-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),尿嘧啶核苷(5),胸腺核苷(6),阿糖腺苷(7),烟酰胺(8),焦谷氨酸甲酯(9);异香豆素类2个,分别为绣球酚(10),绣球酚-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11).结论:化合物1~4和7~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
