护理干预减轻妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者恶心呕吐的效果

目的探讨护理干预预防和减轻妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者恶心呕吐的效果。方法将78例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分成干预组（40例）和对照组（38例），比较两组患者的恶心呕吐情况及焦虑评分。结果干预组化疗后发生恶心呕吐的患者明显减少，程度明显减轻，两组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）；干预组患者化疗前、中、后的焦虑评分明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可明显降低妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者的焦虑情绪，减轻恶心呕吐症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Nursing Interventions for Gynecologic Patients to Relieve Nausea and Vomiting from Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumor

Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions for gynecologic patients to relieve nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy for malignant tumor.Methods 78 chemotherapy patients with gynecologic malignant tumor were randomly divided into intervention group(n=40) and control group(n=38).The degree of nausea and vomiting and anxiety level were compared between the 2 groups.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the intervention group was less than that in the control group.So did the degree of nausea and vomiting.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The anxiety scores before,during,and after chemotherapy in the intervention group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions can help to alleviate anxiety,nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy,so as to improve the quality of life for patients with gynecologic malignant tumors.
