北京市西城区肠道门诊消毒效果调查

目的全面调查了解北京市西城区肠道门诊消毒效果现况，提出改进措施，提高消毒、隔离工作水平。方法对西城区开设的所有肠道门诊进行开诊条件现场调查；采用现场抽检方法对肠道门诊环境物体表面、医护人员手、化验单微波炉消毒效果及紫外线杀菌灯C段波长辐照度值进行监测。结果西城区共开设肠道门诊10家，有8家门诊面积≥100m^2，做到挂号、收费、检验、候诊、厕所完全分开；医生、护士、检验员比例为1：1．09：1．41；消毒效果微生物检测97件，合格率87．6％，其中物体表面合格率86．2％、水龙头合格率62．5％、医护人员手合格率72．4％、紫外线杀菌灯C段波长辐照度值监测合格率69．2％、微波炉消毒化验单均达到合格标准。结论门诊面积≥100m^2的肠道门诊均能够做到挂号、收费、检验、候诊、厕所完全分开；微波炉消毒化验单效果可靠；肠道门诊建筑面积过小，严重影响传染病预防控制工作质量，肠道门诊建筑面积应≥100m^2；非感应式水龙头污染机会多，肠道门诊应配置感应式水龙头；医务人员手消毒合格率较低，应加强医护人员手消毒意识。
