钮扣装置治疗左向右分流先天性心脏病临床研究报告

目的 探讨经导管钮扣装置治疗左向右分注先天性心脏病的疗效与安全性。方法 应用Ｓｉｄｅｒｓ钮扣装置，对动脉导管未闭及房间隔缺损共１０例施行了关闭术。结果９例成功，无任何操作合并症。术后杂音消失或明显减轻，７例分流完全阻断，２例仅见小量残余分流。随访４￣９个月，临床及实验室指标明显改善，仅１例见微量残余分流。结论 钮扣装置关闭术创伤小，安全，疗效肯定，对适应症病例可避免开胸手术而获根治。

Clinical study on the buttoned device treatment congenital heartdiseases with left to right shunt

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of transcatheter treatment of congenital heart diseases with left to right shunt by the buttoned device.Methods 10 cases of patent ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defect were operated of closure with Sideris buttoned device.Results Successful occlusions were achieved in 9 patients. The heart murmurs disappeared or became faint after the implantation. In 7 cases, shunts were completely stoped and residual shunts were found in 2 cases. During follow up of 4 9 months, all patients with symptoms improved and small residual shunt was detected in only one case. No major complications were encountered during implantation and follow up.Conclusion It is concluded that transcatheter closure of ductus arteriosus and atrial septal defects by the buttoned device was feasible and effective and could take the place of surgical thoracotomy for selected patients.
