产妇产后健康教育方法研究

目的 提高产妇产后健康教育质量，保证产妇产后得到及时有效的健康教育。方法通过2004年6月～8月在产科病房对100例产妇实施产后3d阶段式目标健康教育与2004年3月～5月对86例产妇采用传统的随机性方法进行健康教育进行对照分析。结果 实验组母乳喂养成功率达98％，奶胀发生率降低到1％，产妇产褥期注意事项知晓率达96％，产妇对护理工作的满意率达100％，与对照组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论 产后3d阶段式目标健康教育方式，能显著提高健康教育效果和产科护理服务质量，有利于产妇的康复及新生儿的成长。

Study on the method of targeted Postpartum Health Education for lying-in woman

Objective To Improve the quality of health education and offer in time and effectively health education for postpartum lying-in woman.Method 100 postpartum lying-in woman were selected as test group,recevied new health education way for postpartum objective health education in the first 3 days of postpartum from June to August in 2004,86 postpartum lying-in woman as control group only recevied health education by traditional way from March to May in 2004.Results Four items rate in test group were all higher than that in control group obviously.Breastfeeding rate increased to 98%,breastsore occurance rate reduced to 1%,knowing about self-nursing knowledge during puerperium rate increased to 96%,satisfied with new nursing way rate to 100%(P<0.05).Conclusion The new health education way for postpartum in the first 3 days is good,which can improve the health education effect,improve nursing quality,benefit for maternal recovery and infant's growth..
