正常妊娠和妊高征孕妇血浆降钙素基因相关肽及内皮素水平的研究

目的 :探讨降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)、内皮素 (ET- 1 )在妊高征发病中的作用。方法 :采用放射免疫法。结果 :妊高征组母血浆 CGRP水平明显低于正常晚孕组 (P<0 .0 5) ,尤以中、重度妊高征为著 ,与病情的严重程度呈负相关 (P<0 .0 5)。妊高征组母血浆 ET- 1水平明显高于正常晚孕组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,与病情的严重程度呈正相关 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :妊高征的发病可能与 CGRP合成、释放减少及 ET- 1合成、释放增加有关

Chanes of plasma calcitonin gene -related peptide and endothelin levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

? Objective:To determine the levels of calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET1) in maternal plasma of patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension (PIH).Methods:The plasma levels of CGRP and ET1 in 60 cases of PIH (PIH group) and 15 cases of healthy women in their late pregnancy (normal term pregnancy group) were measured with radioimmunoassay.Results:The CGRP levels in PIH were significantly lower than those in normal term pregnancy group (P<005),particularly in moderate and severe PIH.There was a negative correlation between the maternal plasm CGRP levels and the severity of clinical condition (P<005).The maternal plasma ET1 level in PIH was significantly higher than that in normal term pregnancy (P<001).There was a positive correlation between the maternal plasm ET1 levels and the severity of clinical condition (P<01).Conclusion:PIH might relate with decreasing synthesis and release of CGRP and with increasing ETproduction.
