南阳市男男性行为人群艾滋病认知及感染情况分析

目的了解南阳市MSM人群艾滋病防治知识知晓情况、行为特征,为制定干预措施提供信息。方法以集中培训的形式,开展问卷调查、自愿咨询检测。结果自我认同性取向以同性恋者和双性恋为主,分别占42.70%、42.18%。MSM人群对艾滋病防治知识及正确使用安全套可预防艾滋病有一定的认知,但最近6个月与男性发生肛交性行为每次都用安全套使用率较低(23.49%),知识与行为分离现象严重。51.70%的MSM人群已结婚,近6个月与异性发生过性行为者占37.36%,与异性发生性行为时每次都用安全套者仅占2.94%。64.39%的调查者最近6个月与男性发生过肛交性行为,平均性伴数为2.1个,安全套、润滑剂等干预覆盖面小于40%。HIV、梅毒、丙肝的感染率分别为5.59%(10/179)、5.45%(9/165)、2.17%(3/138)。结论我市MSM人群艾滋病、梅毒感染率较高,且存在艾滋病流行的高危危险行为,应尽快制定有效的干预措施,遏制艾滋病、性病的流行。

Analysis of the knowledge and infection on AIDS among the MSM in Nanyang City

Objective To understand the knowledge and behaviors of AIDS among men who had sex with men（MSM）.Then to provide some information for intervention.Methods Massed trainings were used to carry out face-to-face interviews and voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）.Results The homosexual and bi-sexual sexuality counted 42.7 % and 42.18 % respectively.To a certain degree,the MSM had a understanding of preventive knowledge and using condoms correctly.But during the anal sex activities in the last 6 months,only 23.49 % of the MSM used the condoms each time.So the knowledge and behaviors were inconsistent seriously.51.7 % of the MSM had married.And 37.36 % of the MSM had sexual behavior with female in the last 6 months,but the rate of using condoms was only 2.94 %.64.39 % of the respondents had the anal sex activities with men in the last 6 months,and each of them had an average of 2.1 partners.The intervention coverage of condoms and lubricants was less than 40 %.The infecting rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV counted 5.59 %（10/179）,5.45 %（9/165） and 2.17 %（3/138） respectively.Conclusion The infecting rates of HIV and syphilis were at a higher level in Nanyang City,and the high-risk sexual behaviors are pervasive.So we should take effective intervention measures to control the spread of HIV and the venereal diseases.
