北京市平谷区150例甲型H1N1流感病例流行病学特征

目的了解北京市平谷区报告甲型H1N1流感（以下简称甲流）病例的流行病学特征,探讨该病在该地区的流行模式,评价防控措施效果。方法对2009年平谷区通过大疫情网络报告的150例甲流病例信息进行统计分析,了解疾病流行的基本特征,与不同时期的防控策略进行关联,评价防控措施。结果 150例甲流病例中男女性别比为1.23∶1;年龄分布以10～19岁年龄组发病人数最多（98例）,占总发病人数的65.33%;职业分布以中学生为最多（101例）,占发病总数的67%;地区分布以城镇发病人数多于农村,占发病总数的62.67%;发病时间分布以9月份发病人数最多,之后疫情呈现下降趋势,至11月份疫情进入平稳、低发水平。结论该地区甲流发病特征与北京市总体甲流疫情流行特征相符,适时调整防控策略对延缓疫情播散速度和防治多暴发疫情的发生起到了至关重要的作用。

Epidemiological Characteristics of 150 Cases of Influenza A (H1N1) in Pinggu District of Beijing

Objective]To realize the epidemiological characteristics of reported cases of influenza A（H1N1） in Pinggu district of Beijing,explore the epidemic pattern of this disease in Pinggu area,and evaluate the effect of the control measures.Methods]The data of 150 cases of influenza A（H1N1） reported by epidemic situation network in Pinggu district in 2009 were statistically analyzed to investigate the basic characteristics of prevalence.By associating with the control strategies in different periods,the control measures were evaluated.Results]Among 150 cases of influenza A（H1N1）,the sex ratio（male： female） was 1.23 ∶1.The majority of patients（98） were in 10～19 years group,which accounted for 65.33% of total patients.101 patients were middle school students,which accounted for 67% of total patients.The patients in towns accounted for 62.67% of total patients,which the number was more than that in countryside.The epidemic of influenza A（H1N1） reached the peak in September,then showed a decreasing trend,and kept low and stable prevalence in November.Conclusion]The epidemiological characteristics of influenza A（H1N1） in Pinggu area are in accordance with the general epidemiological characteristics in Beijing.Adjustment of the prevention and control measures timely play an important role in delaying the disease spread and preventing the multi-outbreak of influenza A（H1NI）.
