农民睡眠质量与长期接触有机磷农药的相关性调查

目的了解农民睡眠质量和嗜睡情况,探讨长期接触有机磷农药对农民睡眠—觉醒功能的影响。方法采用随机入户调查的方法,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI）和改良Epworth嗜睡量表（Epworth Sleeping Scale,ESS）,对九江市辖属九江县、湖口县、修水县和永修县年满50周岁的482名农民进行睡眠和嗜睡情况调查。结果农民,PSQI总分为5.80±2.81,较正常偏低;嗜睡总分较正常偏高,ESS为7.15±4.99,接触有机磷农药者中发生中毒组较未发生中毒组ESS值偏高（P〈0.05）,长期接触有机磷农药组（〉1000d）ESS值最高,与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论农民总体睡眠质量较好,但长期接触有机磷农药可引起睡眠—觉醒功能紊乱,导致农民白天工作时出现嗜睡现象。

Survey of Correlation between Long-term Exposure to Organophosphorus Pesticides and Sleep Quality of Peasants

Objective]To understand the sleep quality and sleepiness of peasants,and explore the influence of long-term exposure to organophosphorus pesticides on peasants＇ sleep-awake function.Methods]A random household survey was performed on 482 peasants over 50 years,from Jiujiang County,Hukou County,Xiushui County and Yongxiu County.The sleeping and sleepiness status were evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） and Epworth sleeping scale （ESS）.Results]The PSQI of peasants was 5.80±2.81,lower than norm.The ESS value of peasants was 7.15±4.99,higher than norm.Among the peasants with organophosphorus pesticide exposure,the ESS value of the poisoning group was higher than that of the non-poisoning group （P〈0.05）.The ESS value of group with long-term exposure of organophosphorus pesticide （1000 days） was the highest （P〈0.01）,compared with other groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion]Peasants＇ sleeping quality are well,however long-term exposure to organophosphorus pesticides can cause sleep-awaking function disordered,and result in peasants＇ sleepiness during the day.
