超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗单纯性肾囊肿

目的探讨在超声引导下穿刺抽液和硬化剂注射治疗单纯性肾囊肿的方法及疗效。方法45例单纯性肾囊肿患者，局麻后在超声引导下进行穿刺抽尽囊液，再用无水乙醇反复冲洗囊腔，达到有效治疗浓度后抽尽囊液。术后分别于3个月、6个月和12个月行超声复查。结果45例获随访患者中，43例肾囊肿1年内囊腔基本消失或完全消失。结论超声引导经皮穿刺硬化治疗技术具有较大的临床应用价值。

Clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous ethanol injection in the treatment for simple renal cysts

Objective To study the methods and effects ofpercutaneous ethanol injectian（PEI） in the treatment for simple renal cysts guided by ultrasound. Methods PEI were operated on 45 cases with simple renal cysts after local anaesthesia guided by ultrasound. After acquiring the valid treatment concentration, the liqnid in the cysts were suckwd out. Three months and six months and 12 months after the surgical operations, the patients were rechecked by ustrasound to rvaluate the curative effect. Results In the 45 cases who were followed up,there are 43 cases whose renal cysts disappeared basically or completely in a year. Conclusion The PEI guided by ultrasound has important clinical value in the treatment of simple renal cysta.
