替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌临床观察

目的观察替吉奥胶囊(S1)联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 60例进展期胃癌随机分为观察组组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组给予替吉奥联合奥沙利铂化疗;对照组给予奥沙利铂联合5氟尿嘧啶化疗。疗程结束后分别观察:①两组临床疗效:肿瘤控制率、中位疾病进展时间和中位生存期;②毒副反应:骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和周围神经毒性。结果①对照组:有效率、肿瘤控制率、中位疾病进展时间和中位生存期分别为33%、41%、6.1个月和8.2个月;观察组:有效率、肿瘤控制率、中位疾病进展时间和中位生存期分别为53%、70%、8.9个月和10.1个月,明显好于对照组(P0.01)。②对照组骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和周围神经毒性分别为63%、63%和45%,观察组骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和周围神经毒性分别为62%、62%和46%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌的近期疗效较好,毒副反应可以耐受。

The clinical observation of tegafur combined with oxaliplatin in the of patients with advanced gastric cancer

Objective To study the efficacy and toxicities of S-1 combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of the patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods All the 60 patients with adanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The observation group were treated with Tegafur Combined with Oxaliplatin;the control group were treated with Oxaliplatin Combined with 5-fluorouracil.After treatment were observed:(1) the clinical curative effect of two groups: tumor control rates,the median time of disease progression and median survival;(2) the adverse reaction: bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and peripheral nerve toxicity.Results(1) The control group: effective rate,tumor control rates,the median time of disease progression and median survival were 33%,41%,6.1 months and 8.2 months;the observation group: the respective index were 53%,70%,8.9 months and 10.1 months,was significantly better than the control group(P <0.01).(2) The control group: bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and peripheral nerve toxicity were 63%,63%,45%;the observation group: the respective index were 62%、62%、46%,two groups of comparisons have no obvious statistical significance(P >0.05).Conclusion S-1 combined with oxaliplatin is effective and safe in the treatment of patients wgastric cancer.
