气管支架治疗恶性气管狭窄的疗效分析

目的观察气管支架置入治疗恶性气管狭窄的近期疗效及并发症。方法采用国产支架,在X线监视下对10例恶性气管狭窄的患者行气管支架置入术,观察近期疗效及并发症,随访6个月。结果 10例患者均一次放置支架成功,术中无患者死亡,平均生存4个月,无1例出现严重并发症。结论气管支架置入术治疗恶性气管狭窄近期疗效显著,能迅速缓解症状,安全性好,可提高患者生活质量。

Curative effect analysis of tracheal stent in the treatment of malignant tracheal stenosis

Objective To observe the recent curative effect and complications of the tracheal stent implantation in the treatment of malignant tracheal stenosis. Methods From March 2007 to March 2010,by using domestic tracheal stents,10 patients suffering from malignant tracheal stenosis were operated under the monitoring of X-ray and then the short-term effect and complications in the following 6 months were observed. Results All of the 10 operations were successful at the first attempt without deaths during operations.After the operations,the patients survived for 4 months on average with no severe complications. Conclusion Tracheal stent implantation in the treatment of malignant tracheal stenosis has notable curative effects,which can rapidly relieve symptoms with good safety,and can improve the life quality of patients.
