下呼吸道金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性监测

摘    要:目的探讨临床下呼吸道感染标本金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)对抗菌药物的耐药状况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析安徽医科大学第一附属医院2006年1月至2010年12月临床各科室送检的合格痰标本,由Mi-croScan WalkWay-Plus全自动微生物分析仪测定。结果大多数抗生素的耐药率有逐渐升高的趋势。其中耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)对β-内酰胺类抗生素均耐药,MRSA对各抗生素(除万古霉素和利奈唑胺)的耐药率均高于对甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)。结论 SA为院内感染常见菌,高发病区为外科、呼吸科、耳鼻喉科和肿瘤科,对临床常见抗生素耐药率高且易出现多重耐药,应引起临床高度重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical specimens of lower respiratory tract infections Staphylococcus aureus(SA) on the antimicrobial drug resistance for clinical use of antimicrobial agents provide a reference.Methods Retrospective analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,January 2006-2010 December submission of the department of qualified clinical sputum samples from MicroScan WalkWay-Plus automatic micro-analyzer.Results The results of most antibiotic resistance rates have gradually increased trend.Including MRSA to β-lactam antibiotics are resistant,MRSA of the antibiotics(except vancomycin and linezolid) were higher than the resistance to MSSA.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus nosocomial infection of common bacteria,high-incidence area for surgery,respiratory,ENT and oncology,clinical resistance to common antibiotics and is prone to high rate of multi-drug resistance;should lead to clinical attention.
