| 摘 要： | 目的提高骨折的显示率。方法通过对患者身体转动,在透视下确定位置再摄片。结果在100例中,正位或正侧位显示可疑骨折65例,确诊52例,排除13例;平片显示正常,但患者症状,体征明显者35例,确诊骨折29例,排除6例。结论对于可疑骨折或平片显示正常但临床症状体征明显的患者,应在透视下多体位观察,充分显示局部结构,达到确诊或排除骨折的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the display rate of fracture.Methods To rotate the patient’s body,under fluoroscopy to determine the location and then in radiography.Results In 100 cases,anteroposterior and lateral display or suspicious fractures,65 cases diagnosed in 52 cases,excluding 13 cases;plain film showed a normal,but symptoms and signs clear,35 cases of confirmed fractures in 29 cases,excluding 6 cases.Conclusion The suspected fracture or plain film showed a normal but significant in patients with clinical symptoms and signs,should be multi-position under fluoroscopy observation,it shows signs of fracture or local structure,to diagnose or rule out the role of fracture. |
