脑干听觉诱发电位及体感诱发电位测定对急性脑出血预后评估的价值

摘    要:目的分析脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)及体感诱发电位(SEP)测定对急性脑出血患者预后评估的价值。方法回顾性分析急性脑出血住院患者68例,在发病48 h内及1个月时行BAEP、SEP、头颅CT检测及Glasgow昏迷评分测定。随访3个月后记录预后结局,根据患者预后结局分为:良好组和不良组,比较2组上述指标与预后结局的相关性。结果发病48 h内良好组的BAEP及SEP正常率、头颅CT环池≥1 mm比例、Glasgow昏迷评分≥6比例较不良组高(P0.05);而1个月时良好组的BAEP及SEP正常率仍较不良组高(P0.05),但头颅CT环池≥1 mm比例、Glasgow昏迷评分≥6比例差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 BAEP及SEP测定对急性脑出血患者预后评估特异性高,重复率好。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the prognostic value of acute cerebral hemorrhage(ACH) by the application of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) and somatosensory evoked potental(SEP).Methods A total of 68 patients with ACH in our hospital were collected for retrospective analyses and received BAEP,SEP,cerebral CT and Glasgow coma score(GCS) at 48 hours and 1 month after ACH.Prognostic outcomes of all patients were recorded after 3-month follow-up,and accordingly the patients were divided into two groups,confirm group and poor group.The above indexs of two groups were compared.Results Compared to poor group,the normal rate of BAEP and SEP,the rate of cisterna ambiens diameter≥1mm cases,and the rate of GCS≥6 in confirm group were higher at 48 hours(P<0.05).And the normal rate of BAEP and SEP in confirm group was higher(P<0.05),but the rate of cisterna ambiens diameter≥1 mm cases and the rate of GCS≥6 showed no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of ACH patients has higher specificity and better repetition rate by BAEP and SEP.
