62例弥漫性轴索损伤治疗体会

目的探讨弥漫性轴索损伤的临床特点和诊治策略。方法回顾性分析2008年3月至2011年2月收治的62例弥漫性轴索损伤患者的临床资料及其治疗效果。结果本组病例恢复良好24例,轻残19例,植物生存2例,死亡17例。结论弥漫性轴索损伤诊治难度较大,采取脱水降颅压、亚低温、神经保护、高压氧等综合治疗措施,可取得较为满意的效果。

The experience of diffuse axonal injury's treatment(62case)

Objective Diffuse axonal injury as a special type of head injury,is one of main causes of death in severe head injury,its diagnosis and treatment has been plagued byneurosurgeons.In recent years with the comprehensive treatment makes the DAI’s treatment has improved markediy.Methods From March 2008 to February 2011 were treatdd 62 case of diffuse axonal injury,the ganglioside,calcium antagonists,hypothermia,hyperbaric oxygen therapy on mortality comprehensive,six months survival rate for statisticao analysis.Results The patients recovered well in 26 cases,poor recovery in 23 cases,death in 14 cases.Conclusion The diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury more difficult,satisfactory resuits can be obtained when comprehensive treatment measures should be taken for treatment.
