PHS术式治疗腹股沟疝合并肝硬化腹水的临床观察(附8例报告)

目的探讨PHS术式治疗腹股沟疝合并肝硬化腹水的优越性和安全性。方法回顾性分析成都军区总医院全军普外中心2007年7月至2010年7月8例腹股沟疝合并肝硬化腹水的患者,所有患者采用PHS术式修补。结果手术均成功,手术时间62~75 min,平均64 min,术后住院时间6~9 d,平均7.2 d,术后无并发症发生。术后随访8~38个月,平均19.2个月,手术侧无复发,非手术侧新发1例。结论 PHS术式治疗腹股沟疝合并肝硬化腹水安全可行,具有复发率低等优点。

The clinical observationt of PHS technique treatment inguinal hernia associated with liver cirrhosis and ascites: a report of 8 cases

Objective To discuss the superiority and security of PHS technique treatment in inguinal hernia associated with liver cirrhosis and ascites.Methods Eight patient’s data of PHS technique treatment in inguinal hernia associated with liver cirrhosis and ascites from in July 2007 to July 2010 in our hospital were analysed and reviewed.Results Surgeries were successful,the operative time was 62-75min,with an average time of 64min,and postoperative hospitalization time was 6-9days,with an average time of 7.2 days.There was no complications.The postoperative follow-up was 8-38 months,with an average time of was 19.2 month.There was no recurrence in operative site,and 1 case of recurrence in nonoperative site.Conclusion PHS technique treatment in inguinal hernia associated with liver cirrhosis and ascites is secure,which has more advantages like low recurrence rate and so on.
