家庭访视对截瘫患者生活质量影响的研究

目的探讨家庭访视对截瘫患者生活自理能力的影响。方法将47例脊髓损伤后致截瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为访视组25例和对照组22例,对照组出院时责任护士给予常规出院指导,嘱定期来医院复诊;而访视组在常规出院指导基础上,自患者出院至出院24周内进行定期的家庭访视的行为干预,比较两组患者出院24周时的遵医行为、并发症发生情况和生活自理能力。结果通过家庭访视,访视组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,而遵医行为、康复知识掌握、技能及生活自理能力明显高于对照组,两组患者疗效间差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论对脊髓损伤致截瘫患者采取家庭访视能够降低患者并发症的发生,提高患者生活自理能力,从而提高患者生活质量。

Influence of family visit on self - care ability of paraplegia patients

Objective To investigate the influence of family visit on self-care ability of paraplegia patients.Methods 47 paraplegia patients for spinal cord injury were divided into family visit group for 25 and control group for 22 based on random digits table.The patients at discharge in the control group received routine standard discharge guidance and were asked for regular return visit by primary nurse.Regular family visit was conducted in family visit group for 24 weeks after being discharged from hospital besides routine standard discharge guidance.The compliance behavior,occurrence of complications and self-care ability were compared between two group.Results The complication rate was lower in the intervention group compared to the control group and it had better compliance behavior,mastering rehabilitation knowledge and self-care ability(P<0.01).Conclusion Family visit decreases the occurrence of complication and improves self-care ability for paraplegia patients for spinal cord injury.
