摘 要: | 目的了解某三级综合医院人力资源管理的现状,为医院职能科室制定相关的政策与规划提供科学依据。方法利用人事科数据库调取资料,使用Excel表对数据进行统计分析。结果卫生专业技术人员高学历比例偏低;医师队伍职称结构不合理;专业的管理人员不足和后勤工作人员学历太低;护理人力资源的绝对不足与相对浪费。结论制定科学合理的人才发展战略;科学的定岗定编;提高医院行政管理人员的管理水平;合理配置护理人力资源。

Abstract: | Objective To understand the present human resources management situation of a three levels general hospital for the hospital to formulate the related policy and planning.Methods We used Excel for the statistical analysis of the database of the personnel section.Results Health professional and technical personnel of higher education scale was lower,the title structure of medical team was not reasonable,the professional management personnel were not sufficient,the support staffs’ education level was very low,the nurses were not enough from an overall viewpoint while there still exists nursing human resource wasting in some departments.Conclusion Hospital should establish a scientific and reasonable human resource development strategy and improve hospital administrators’ management level and balance the nursing human resources. |
