简易定向钻孔微创治疗高血压基底节脑出血

摘    要:目的探讨利用简易定向钻孔微创治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法对2009年11月至2011年4月采用简易定向钻孔微创治疗高血压基底节脑出血42例,并与同期采用传统开颅手术治疗的高血压基底节脑出血40例患者进行对比研究。结果简易定向钻孔微创术后并发症发生率(21.4%,9/42)明显少于传统开颅(45.0%,18/40),且术后患者预后良好(GOS恢复良好+轻残)率(71.4%,30/42)微创治疗组明显高于传统开颅组(40.0%,16/40)。结论简易定向穿刺精确度明显提高,术后能早日拔管,缩短治疗流程,有效控制继发损伤,较传统开颅手术本法手术创伤小,平均住院时间缩短,术后并发症少,功能恢复满意,经济、疗效满意,利于基层医院开展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the use of simple directional drilling minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The 40 subjects from November 2009 to April 2011 were treated by using simple directional drilling minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage,and compared with conventional craniotomy in in 40 cases.Results Incidence of postoperative complications(21.4%,9/420 in Simple directional drilling group was significantly lower than traditional craniotomy(45.0%,18/40;P<0.05),So was the good postoperative prognosis(GOS good recovery+ mild disability) rate(71.4%,30/42),which was significantly higher than traditional craniotomy group(40.0%,16/40)Conclusion Simple directional puncture is a effective mean for treating hypertensive basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage with less post-operation complications and satisfied functional recovery.
