| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍一种修复较复杂的颊部洞穿合并下领骨缺损的手术方法。方法 用带半片锁骨的胸锁乳突肌肌皮瓣修复颊部洞穿合并下领骨缺损。结果 手术成功，术后随访患者3年，效果满意。结论 此手术方法简单易行，效果可靠，并且不影响供区形态与功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a method to repair the complex deficiencies of the mandible and cheek. Methods Using the sterncleimastiod myocutaneous flap with half a piece of clavicele to reconstruct the defect. Results The operation were successful and the patients were followed up about 3 years, the results were satisfactory. Conclusion This method is not only simple, safe and reliable, but also does not affect the figure and the function of the clavicle. |
