摘    要:目的::通过化学发光分析法评价3种佛手粗多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用 O2-·、·OH和H2 O23种自由基体外清除体系的特性对得到3种佛手粗多糖产物(FSP-1、FSP-2、FSP-3)进行测试。结果:3种粗多糖对羟基自由基的清除能力较强,对过氧化氢的清除能力相对较弱,且3种粗多糖中 FSP-3对超氧自由基、羟基自由基及过氧化氢的清除作用均为最大,表现出优于其他2种多糖的体外抗氧化能力。结论:佛手多糖具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,可作为一种潜在的天然抗氧化剂。

Assessing the Antioxidant Activities of Three Kinds of Polysaccharide Separated from Fingered Citron in vitro by Chemiluminescence
Abstract:Obj ective:The capability of scavenging three kinds free radical was adopted to evaluate the antioxidant activity in vitro.Methods :According to the inhibition degree of the chemiluminescence,the ability of scavenging free radicals of bergamot polysaccharide was detected and evaluated.By optimizing initial parameters of the chemiluminescence reaction and the flow-inj ection chemiluminescence process,the antioxidation effect of three kinds of fingered citron polysaccharide (FSP-1 ,FSP-2 and FSP-3 )was studied in details.Results:It was shown that three kinds of fingered citron polysaccharide (FSP-1,FSP-2 and FSP-3)which was separated from bergamot were of significant scavenging effects on ·OH,H2 O2 and O2-,in which ·OH scavenging ability was stronger,H2 O2 scavenging ability was relatively weaker.Conclusion:It was also illustrated that FSP-3 was the best one of three kinds of bergamot polysaccharide for free radical scavenging effect,and fingered citron polysaccharide could be used as potential antioxidant activity of natural product.
