| Abstract: | Prostatic malacoplakia associated with prostatic abscess is an extremely rare disease. We present a case of prostatic malacoplakia presenting as a prostatic and seminal vesicle abscess in a patient with diabetes. The diagnosis and management are discussed, and the literature is reviewed. |
