牛心包瓣的力学分析

摘    要:自从发现置入心脏内的牛心包瓣破坏的病例后,我们希望能找到瓣破坏的原因以改进工作。本文通过对瓣膜结构的力学分析和计算,探讨了我院自制牛心包瓣(仿B-N-2型瓣制作)运用时的受力特征和破裂时的力学原因。为了提高生物瓣强度、延长瓣膜使用寿命,需要改进牛心包瓣结构型式和制作工艺。

Abstract:Since the discovery of the cases in which the replaced bovine pericardial xeno-graft valve ruptured,it has been our hope to find out the causes of its damage in order to improve our Work.This article,through mechanical analyses and calculation of the bioprosthese structure (using bovine valve manufactured by our laboratory as a model) provides a valuable theoretical basis that will be useful for the bioprosthese reformation which would be important for strengthening the bioprosthetic valve and prolonging its duration of service in the clinic.
