| 摘 要： | 对柴胡、白芍药配伍的古今研究应用作一论述。柴胡与白芍药古代配伍的功效主要有四方面,包括疏表达邪、疏肝养肝、疏调气血、升阳散火等,而现代柴胡、白芍药配伍的复方大多具有抗肝损伤、防止脂肪变及纤维增生、降低转氨酶及利胆作用,临床可用于治疗各种肝炎、脂肪肝以及胆石症等疾病。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the combined use of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Paeoniae Alba through all ages. Traditionally, their combination acts to release exterior, discharge liver and nourish liver, regulate qi and blood, uplift yang and disperse fire. Pharmacologically, they serve to fight liver injury, prevent fatty degeneration and fibrosis, reduce transaminase and discharge gallbladder, functioning to treat hepatitis, fatty liver and cholelithiasis. |
