| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺心经经脉对急性心肌缺血家兔心功能和交感神经心中支放电的影响，探讨针刺心经经脉作用的相对特异性。方法将30只家兔随机分为模型对照组、“神门-通里”组和“太渊-列缺”组，采用冠状动脉结扎法复制急性心肌缺血模型，用Biopac生物信号采集系统记录神经电信号和心功能观察指标，同时接入SKY—A4生物信号处理系统进行统计学分析。结果电针“神门通里”和电针“太渊一列缺”经脉段在停针即刻家兔的心力环面积和交感神经心中支电活动，与模型对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。“神门-通里”组电针后4个时间段交感神经心中支放电活动显著高于“太渊-列缺”组。结论电针心经“神门-通里”段可显著改善急性心肌缺血家兔的心力环面积，并可提高心肌缺血状态下心交感神经的兴奋性，优于电针肺经“太渊列缺”经脉段，具有相对特异性。
