外伤性白内障围手术期治疗临床分析

目的探讨外伤性白内障围手术期处理的方法及对手术的影响。方法总结分析120例外伤性白内障围手术期处理的方法。结果108例外伤性白内障患者经一期及二期手术术后视力恢复较好，结果一期白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入37眼，术后矫正视力在0．1～0．8之间，其中0．1以上31眼，0．3—0．8者22眼，二期白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入和单纯二期人工晶体植入术19眼，术后视力在0．1～0．9之间。二期人工晶体植入组的并发症较一期手术组少而轻。结论外伤性白内障围手术期处理对于术式选择及术后视力恢复有重要意义。

Clinical analysis of traumatic cataract perioperative

Objective Purpose To explore perioperative management methods and the impact in trau-matic cataract. Methods 120 eases of traumatic cataract perioperative were analysised. Results 108 cases of traumatic cataract patients with a two and a better vision after surgery, cataract extraction results of a joint cham-ber intraoeular lens implantation after 37, after vision correction between 0.8,0.1 above 31,22 cases were 0.3 to 0.8, the two cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation only two intraoeular lens implantation in 19, after vision in between 0.12 to 2 intraocular lens implantation group of surgical complications than asmall group and light. Conclusion traumatic cataract perioperative management is important for the selection of operation and postoperative visual acuity.
