氯硝西泮治疗癫癎持续状态的临床疗效分析

目的　探讨氯硝西泮对癫持续状态的临床疗效。方法　 81例癫持续状态的患者分为两组 ,A组 38例 ,应用地西泮 +苯巴比妥联合治疗 ;B组 43例 ,单用氯硝西泮治疗。结果　A组总有效率为 71.1% ,B组总有效率为86.0 % ,A组与B组疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;且B组不良反应发生率明显低于A组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　氯硝西泮可以考虑作为各类癫持续状态的首选用药 ,尤其是West综合征、Lennox -Gastaut综合征等难治性癫 ,氯硝西泮疗效更显

Analysis of clinical curative effect about Clonazepm''''s treating status epilepticus

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect about Clonazepam's treating status epilepticus(SE).Methods In our hospital,from Aug,1995 to Jun,2002,There were 81 cases withSE who were divided into two groups by random. in A group, 38 cases with SE weretreated by Diazepam and Phenobarbital;however,in B group,43 cases with SE weresimply treated by Clonazepam.Results The total effectiverate was about 71.1% in A Group,however in B Group, it amounted to 86.0%,The twosides hnd very obvious difference( P <0.01).And deversed mentioning,The sideeffects in B Group were obviously less than A Group ( P <0.01).Conclusion Clonazepam can be considered to act as a first-selested Anti-SE drug, especially to West syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome,etc,Clonazepam has some greater advantages, such as more efficient and significant clinical curative effect 1.
