| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨联合测定血清与腹水肿瘤标志物对消化系恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法：肝硬化失代偿期病人６０例,消化系肿瘤病人８７例。放免法同时测定病人血清与腹水肿瘤标志物,即：ＣＡ５０、ＣＡ１９－９、ＣＥＡ与ＡＦＰ。结果：血清与腹水肿瘤樗物无相关,联合测定肿瘤标志物较单一测定时诊断指数及诊断效率高。结论：联合检测血清与腹水肿瘤标志物可提高诊断正确率,减少误诊与漏诊。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To evaluate the diagnostic value of the combined assay of tumor mark in seurm and ascitic fluid to the alimentary system malignant neoplasm. Methods: Tumor mark(CA_ 50 ,CA_ 19-9 ,CEA and AFP) level in serum and ascitic fluid were evaluated in 60 liver cirrhotic patients and 87 patients with variable alimentary system melignant neoplasm by a radioimmunoassay. Results: There was no relativity in the positive rate of tumor mark between the serum and ascitic fluid, the diagnostic index and efficacy of the combined assay of tumor mark in seurm and ascitic fluid were higher than that of singular assay. Conclusion: The combined assay of tumor mark in serum and ascitic fluid can enhance diagnostic accuracy. |
