口腔护理对药物雾化吸入相关并发症的影响

目的：探讨口腔护理干预对药物雾化吸入相关鼻咽部并发症的影响,为提高临床护理质量提供参考。方法：选择雾化吸入治疗的呼吸系统疾病患者164例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各82例,均给予常规护理,同时干预组患者雾化吸入前后给予口腔护理干预,观察两组患者疗程结束后鼻咽部及口腔并发症的发生情况。结果：治疗4周后,干预组患者鼻咽部及口腔并发症发生率为4.88%;对照组患者口腔及鼻咽部并发症发生率为13.41%,干预组鼻咽部及口腔并发症发病率低于对照组（χ2=7.14,P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：口腔护理能降低雾化吸入相关并发症的发生机率,提高护理质量。
