| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三联疗法、中医免疫辨证三环治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将我院2009年1～12月收治的96例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组48例患者采用三联疗法、中医免疫辨证三环治疗,对照组48例患者采用传统药物治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果：对照组总有效率为77.08%,观察组总有效率为91.67%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：三联疗法、中医免疫辨证三环治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有疗效确切、副作用小以及不易反复的优势,建议在慢性乙型肝炎的临床治疗中广泛推广应用。
