| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消风散加减对治疗急性、亚急性湿疹的作用疗效。方法：将60例急性、亚急性湿疹患者,随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组分别纳入30例。治疗组口服消风散加减,对照组口服咪唑斯汀片,疗程均为2周。结果：治疗组治疗后EASI评分为（1.33±0.29）分,对照组治疗后EASI评分为（1.56±0.37）分。治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组总有效率为73%（P〈0.05）。治疗后瘙痒程度评分治疗组为（0.86±0.45）分,对照组为（0.97±0.50）分,在改善瘙痒程度评分上两组差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：消风散加减治疗急性、亚急性湿疹具有良好的临床疗效,明显改善患者瘙痒症状,值得临床广泛使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaofeng San on acute and subacute eczama.Methods：60 acute and subacute eczama patients were devided into two groups randomly,30 cases of each.Patients of theraputic group took Xiaofeng San for 2 weeks,while those of control group took Mizolastine tablets.Results：The Eczema area and severity index（EASI） of therapeutic group was 1.33±0.29 and the control one was 1.56±0.37（P0.05）.The effect of therapeutic group was 93% and the control one was 73%（P0.05）.The severity of itching of therapeutic group was 0.86±0.45 and the control group was 0.97±0.50（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaofeng San is very helpful on treatment of acute and subacute eczama.It can release the symptoms obviously and it＇s worth using widely. |
