微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用及临床效果评价

目的：探讨微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2008年1月～2010年10月于本院进行治疗的74例大隐静脉曲张患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（高位结扎加分段切除术组）37例和观察组（微创点状剥脱术组）37例,后将两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、出血量、并发症发生率、患者满意率及治疗前后的VCSS评分、CIVIQ生活质量评分进行统计分析及比较。结果：观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组[（28.12±4.34）min,（7.45±1.36）d vs（54.71±5.69）min,（14.42±1.24）d],出血量少于对照组[（36.8±12.5）ml vs（89.7±13.9）ml],并发症发生率低于对照组（13.52%vs 5.40%）,患者满意率高于对照组（100.00%vs 89.19%）,VCSS评分、CIVIQ生活质量评分均优于对照组[（3.12±0.72）分,（75.43±11.02）分vs（1.23±0.52）分,（88.36±8.16）分],P〈0.05或P〈0.01,有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异。结论：微创点状剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中应用效果明显较佳,优势较多。
