桂枝茯苓胶囊在药物流产后阴道出血治疗中的临床观察

目的：探讨分析桂枝茯苓胶囊在药物流产后阴道出血治疗中的临床效果。方法：将2010年1～10月在本院就诊并自愿要求药物流产的300例早孕妇女随机分为研究组和对照组（各150例）;药物流产均常规服用米非司酮＋米索前列醇,研究组患者在服用米索前列醇后1 h加服3粒桂枝茯苓胶囊。孕囊排出后,研究组继续服用桂枝茯苓胶囊,对照组服用益母草冲剂。对比分析两组的疗效。结果：研究组的完全流产率为97.33%,对照组的完全流产率为92.67%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组的总有效率为99.33%,对照组的的总有效率为95.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组少于月经量率为43.33%,对照组少于月经量率为8.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊可提高药物流产效果,明显减少药物流产后阴道出血量、缩短出血时间,值得在临床推广使用。
