艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法 76例老年抑郁症患者随机分成两组,一组服用艾司西酞普兰,另一组服用文拉法辛,观察6周。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及药物副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果艾司西酞普兰组显效率为78.9%;文拉法辛组显效率为73.7%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。汉密顿抑郁量表评分两组治疗1周末起均较治疗前有极显著下降(P<0.01),随着治疗的延续均呈持续性下降;同期两组间比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应各因子发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症疗效显著,起效快,安全性高,依从性好。

A control study of Escitalopram and Venlafaxine in senile depression
