阿托伐他汀的药理作用及临床应用进展

目的：观察阿托伐他汀的药理作用和临床应用。方法：选取2002年4月～2010年6月本院诊断的家族性高胆固醇血症患者,所有患者口服阿托伐他汀片剂,于晚餐后服用,每日10 mg,2个疗程后,采用免疫比浊法进行高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、C反应蛋白（CRP）的检测。结果：患者于治疗后HDL-C（1.19±0.32）mmol/L,（1.36±0.31）mmol/L]上升,LDL-C（3.06±0.87）mmol/L,（2.74±0.82）mmol/L]、TG（2.88±0.54）mmol/L,（1.72±0.63）mmol/L）]、TC（6.53±0.47）mmol/L,（4.79±0.67）mmol/L]、CRP（3.21±0.39）mg/L,（2.98±0.44）mg/L）]下降,治疗前后数据经统计学分析差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗期间少量患者出现食欲下降等不良反应,但均在患者耐受程度范围内。结论：阿托伐他汀对于治疗家族性高胆固醇血症具有较好疗效,且安全有效。

The pharmacological effects and clinical application of atorvastatin

Objective：To observe the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Atorvastatin.Methods：Chose the familial hypercholesterolemia patients from April 2002 to June 2010 in our hospital,treated all the patients with atorvastatin after dinner,10 mg/d,detected high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,low-density lipoprotein（LDL-C）,triglyceride（TG）,cholesterol（TC） and C-reactive protein（CRP） after 2 courses.Results：The HDL-C （1.19±0.32） mmol/L,（1.36±0.31） mmol/L] increased,and LDL-C（3.06±0.87） mmol/L,（2.74±0.82） mmol/L],TG（2.88±0.54） mmol/L,（1.72±0.63） mmol/L）],TC（6.53±0.47） mmol/L,（4.79±0.67） mmol/L],CRP（3.21±0.39） mg/L,（2.98±0.44） mg/L）] decreased after treatment,and the data before and after treatment had significantly differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Atorvastatin has good effects for the treatment of familial hypercholesterolemia,and it＇s safe and effective.
