| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症患者保守性手术后应用不同药物治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择行保守性手术的盆腔子宫内膜异位症患者122例,随机分为三组。GnRH-a组40例,孕三烯酮组40例,米非司酮组42例。分析并比较术后应用GnRH-a、孕三烯酮和米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效,妊娠率,监测内分泌变化。结果：GnRH-a组临床完全缓解率（92.5%）和妊娠率（75.0%）明显高于孕三烯酮组（82.5%、50.0%）和米非司酮组（83.3%、54.5%）（P〈0.05）,但三组间的复发率差异不明显（P〉0.05）。GnRH-a组用药后,血清LH、FSH、E2水平均显著下降（P〈0.05）,孕三烯酮组和米非司酮组各项检测指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。用药后,GnRH-a组血清LH、FSH、E2水平与其他两组相比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：术后应用GnRH-a可以提高患者受孕率,是一种有效的临床治疗方法。
