| 摘 要： | 目的：了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的CT诊断方法,探讨CT在进行新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床分度及诊断价值。方法：对33例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的临床CT诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患儿均表现出不同程度的异常,主要为脑梗死和脑水肿。其CT分度与临床分度基本一致（r=0.798 6,P〈0.01）,患儿的窒息程度与CT分度呈正相关（r=0.701,P〈0.01）。同时CT能显示治疗过程中的病变改善情况,有2例死亡患者。结论：CT诊断是新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗和预后的重要依据。
