| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨环氧合酶-2（Cox-2）在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌中的表达,及其与宫颈病变发生发展的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学S-ABC法,检测了16例原发性宫颈癌,39例宫颈上皮内瘤变,8例正常宫颈组织中Cox-2的表达。结果：Cox-2在宫颈上皮内瘤变组及宫颈癌组中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织（P〈0.05）,宫颈上皮内瘤变组与宫颈癌组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Cox-2在中度宫颈上皮内瘤变组及重度宫颈上皮内瘤变组中的表达明显高于轻度宫颈上皮内瘤变组（P〈0.05）,中度宫颈上皮内瘤变组与重度宫颈上皮内瘤变组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：Cox-2表达上调与宫颈癌的形成有关,在宫颈上皮内瘤变的发生发展中起重要作用。
