| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阿德福韦酯联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法：将120例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组：阿德福韦酯10 mg/次,1次/d,疗程1年。研究组：复方甘草酸苷80 mg,1次/d,静滴,1个月后改为复方甘草酸苷片50 mg/次,3次/d,口服;阿德福韦酯10 mg/次,1次/d,口服,疗程1年。比较两组患者治疗第24、48周时的ALT复常率、HBV-DNA及HBeAg转阴率。结果：两组患者在治疗第24周时ALT均恢复正常,在第48周时,研究组ALT仍100%恢复正常,对照组下降为72%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=6.85,P=0.000）。研究组HBeAg转阴率第24周为31.6%,第48周时为54.8%,HBV-DNA转阴率第24周为72.4%,第48周时为88.6%,均优于对照组的12.7%、31.3%、46.3%和65.7%（P=0.000）。结论：联合应用阿德福韦酯与复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎时有协同作用,可较快地抑制病毒复制,保肝降酶疗效好,起效快,值得临床推广应用。
