| 摘 要： | 抗病毒是慢性乙型肝炎治疗的中心,抗炎保肝治疗是重要的补充,在抗病毒治疗开始、过程中都需要抗炎保肝,特别在抗病毒禁忌证、抗病毒继发失败、重型肝炎中,抗炎保肝为主要治疗方法。临床应该合理应用抗炎保肝药物,尽可能发挥其最大作用,以获得综合治疗的最佳效果。
