不同方案在骨髓增生异常综合征中的疗效对比

目的探讨不同方案在骨髓增生异常综合征中的疗效。方法 2008年1月至2010年6月收治的骨髓增生异常综合征45例,分为CSA联合沙利度胺治疗组23例,单纯CSA治疗的对照组22例,观察两组临床疗效。结果 CSA联合沙利度胺治疗组总有效率78.26%,明显优于单纯CSA治疗的对照组总有效率45.45%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CSA联合沙利度胺治疗骨髓增生异常综合征,临床效果显著提高,毒副作用少,患者耐受性好,应用方便等优点。

The efficacy of different options in myelodysplastic syndrome

Objective To explore various options in myelodysplastic syndrome patients.Methods January 2008～2010 in June,admitted 45 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome,into CSA thalidomide treatment of 23 cases,simple CSA treatment group 22 cases,the clinical efficacy were observed.Results CSA thalidomide treatment group,the total efficiency was 78.26%,The tolal effeciency was better in CSA thalidomide treatment than the control group（45.45%）,total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion CSA thalidomide treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome,significantly improved clinical results,have less toxicity,patient tolerance is good,and easy application.
