| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月收治的160例（160只眼）患者,分别行小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术与白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术的临床资料,并对术后视力、术中、术后并发症进行比较。结果：小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术与白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术的术后效果无明显差异,但对过熟期白内障及硬核性白内障更安全,更经济实用。结论：小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术与白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术疗效相似,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,前者简便、易行、经济,适宜于基层医院开展。
