| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨社区综合干预对冠心病患者的影响。方法：将2009年1月～2011年1月120例冠心病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例,对照组进行健康知识教育,观察组在此基础上进行社区综合干预,对比两组患者的生化指标及遵医行为。结果：干预后观察组各项指标及生活习惯改善的程度明显优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：社区综合干预能够明显改善患者的生化指标及不良生活习惯,提高患者的生活质量。
