| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨院内康复治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法：将我院100例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用传统的常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上结合康复训练,由经过培训的精神科护士进行指导。对两组患者在治疗前及治疗3、6个月时采用住院精神分裂病患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）评分及护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）进行干预前后的效果评定,并观察两组患者的服药依从性。结果：两组患者在治疗前IPROS评分和NOSIE评分结果显示,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在治疗3、6个月时,IPROS评分和NOSIE评分结果显示,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。干预组服药依从性高于对照组。结论：院内康复治疗能显著改善患者的精神症状,提高治疗效果,提高患者的服药依从性。
