大班PBL教学方法及效果评估的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨大班PBL教学方法并进行效果评估。方法:PBL组41人,采用大班PBL自我教学模式;对照组42人,传统讲授模式。统一考试,PBL组进行问卷调查。结果:两组学生理论成绩无统计学差异。PBL组在培养临床思维和自学能力方面优于传统模式。结论:大班PBL自我教学模式效果满意并节省教学资源,符合国情。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss PBL method applied in a large group of students and its effectiveness evaluation.Methods:83 students were randomly divided into two groups.41 students belong to the PBL group,and the residual students belong to the control group.The students of the PBL group were taught by PBL method,and the students in the control group were taught in traditional method.It is notable that the tutor,the quantification evaluation method and the credit hours are in the same levels.Results:The average scores for both groups are in the same level.The students in the PBL group feel that the PBL method could improve their self-study ability and could bring up their clinical elaborative faculty.Conclusion:In general,the PBL method is much better than the traditional method,and the PBL method does not need more special tutors.The PBL method is fit for actual conditions in China.
