| 摘 要： | 目的:评价隔药灸治疗心脾两虚、心肾不交型失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将42例患者随机分为治疗组(22例)和对照组(20例)。治疗组采用隔药灸法治疗,穴取关元、气海、心俞等;对照组口服氯硝安定治疗。评定两组临床疗效和治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总评分。结果:治疗组的总有效率为90.9%(20/22),对照组的总有效率为65.0%(13/20),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后PSQI总分,较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:隔药灸对心脾两虚、心肾不交型失眠患者有显著疗效,是一种可以推广运用的针灸临床治疗方法。
