| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温通针法对急性脑缺血模型大鼠治疗10天后血浆ET-1、CGRP含量的影响。方法:将48只W ister大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为4组:假手术对照组、模型对照组、电针治疗组、温通针法治疗组。治疗后用放免法检测血浆ET-1和CGRP的含量。结果:除假手术对照组外,温通针法组大鼠血浆ET-1含量显著降低,CGRP含量显著升高(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论:温通针法通过降低急性脑缺血大鼠血浆ET-1含量,升高血浆CGRP的含量,调节脑血管的舒缩程度,改善了微循环,这也可能是温通针法在临床上治疗急性缺血性中风的重要机理之一。
