| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针夹脊穴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用夹脊电针疗法,取颈部夹脊穴,对照组采用传统治疗方法取穴,3周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床治愈率分别为70.00%和53.33%,总有效率分别为96.67%和90.00%,经统计学检验P<0.05。结论:夹脊电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,没有明显不良反应。
