| 摘 要： | 目的:评价艾灸治疗带状疱疹的有效性。方法:按照循证医学的要求,以灸、艾、带状疱疹、moxi-bustion、herpes zoster为主题词,检索了中文期刊全文数据库、维普、万方、SCI、Medline中所录1989年至2011年1月收录所有文献,纳入主要干预手段为艾灸和阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床随机对照试验。结果:共纳入5篇共458例带状疱疹患者的随机对照实验。根据Jadad评分标准评价纳入研究的质量,用Meta分析方法对资料进行评价。结论:艾灸治疗带状疱疹疗效优于阿昔洛韦,但由于试验的质量偏低,样本量偏小,现有的证据还不足以得出完全肯定的结论。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of moxibustion therapy for herpes zoster.Methods:As the requirement of EBM,we electronically searched the CNKI,VIP,WangFang Database,SCI,MEDLINE,from 1989 to 2011,to obtain randomized controlled trails(RCT),which compare the efficacy of moxibustion therapy with acyclovir-therapy.Results:Five articles were selected finally.Then evaluated the quality of the RCT,and analyzed them with Meta-analyze method.Conclusion:Compared with acyclovir-therapy,moxi-therapy is a more proper... |
